Here in UAE, chicken is the most available
and affordable meat you could find in every supermarket or grocery stores. Most
of the time, you will always find it on sale items. You will also notice that in
every occasion you will find chicken dishes cooked in different way. That maybe
is the reason why I have chicken skin (just kidding).
The recipe below is my own version of chicken
teriyaki. I once cooked it while following a cooking show, but some of the
ingredients were not available so I just substitute it for some ingredients
that are available and affordable. I hope that you would like it.
